Cork needs an identity and Rory is the ultimate international symbol for Cork. LOOK at how effectively they got the fantastic plaque at the Ulster Hall Belfast in place. LOOK at how they got Rory Gallagher Corner and later the brass Stratocaster in place in Dublin. LOOK at the Rory Gallagher Street in a Paris suburb of Ris-Orangis... LOOK at the Rory STATUE in the small town of Ballyshannon....Cork needs to get up and do it!!!!
